據中國國際貿易促進委員會1月30日介紹，2023年，全國貿促系統共簽發出境ATA單證冊9273份，同比增長191.97%。
China's national trade promotion system issued 9,273 Admission Temporaire/Temporary Admission (ATA) Carnets in 2023, surging by 191.97 percent year on year, said the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on January 30.

【知識點】
ATA單證冊是一本國際通用的海關通關檔，是世界海關組織為暫時進出境貨物而專門創設的，也被稱為「貨物通關護照」。
據介紹，2023年，全國貿促系統累計簽發原產地證書、ATA單證冊、商事證明書等各類證書621.02萬份，較上年同比增長16.05%。其中，全國貿促系統非優惠原產地證書簽證金額共計3822.09億美元，同比增長7.13%；簽證份數共計391.43萬份，同比增長13.44%。
全國貿促系統優惠原產地證書簽證金額共計651.52億美元，同比增長7.07%；簽證份數共計167.69萬份，同比增長21.54%。全國貿促系統簽發原產地證書，特別是優惠原產地證書簽證量的穩定增長，說明隨著中國加大自貿協定實施推廣力度等穩外貿政策效應的逐步顯現，中國外貿企業出口享惠的能力和水平也不斷提升。
