The first paragraph of the case study p provides a brief introduction to the research background. Disruptive technological improvements have enabled mobile devices to acquire many new functions, especially mobile payment services, which are growing at an exponential rate.
疫情的到來改變了加納消費者對移動支付的使用行為，服務商為了獲取消費者的反饋，開發了評論平台供消費者進行評論。但潛在消費者很難在做出決定前瀏覽所有評論，故本文提出了評估模型，幫助消費者更好地了解影響支付服務的內容，做出更好的決策。
The arrival of the epidemic has changed Ghanaian consumers' behavior towards mobile payment. In order to obtain consumer feedback, service providers have developed a review platform for consumers to comment. However, it is difficult for potential consumers to browse all reviews before making a decision, so this article proposes an evaluation model to help consumers better understand the attributes that affect payment services and make better decisions.

In response to the above mobile payment service selection issues, the article identifies three popular mobile payment services in the Ghanaian market.
作者首先使用Python爬蟲從谷歌商店提取了這些移動支付服務的相應評論，並將其進行預處理，提取了評論中討論的移動支付使用內容，共有8種，包括介面復雜度、系統更新、帳戶註冊等。
The author first used a Python crawler to extract the corresponding reviews of these mobile payment services from the Google Store and preprocessed them to extract the mobile payment usage attributes discussed in the reviews. There are 8 types in total, including interface complexity, system updates, account registration, etc.
作者透過情感分析得到了評論在每個內容下的情感得分，並將其轉換為PLE，構建出了三種支付服務的綜合機率語言決策矩陣。
The author obtained the sentiment score of the review under each attribute through sentiment analysis, converted it into PLE, and constructed a comprehensive probabilistic language decision matrix for the three payment services.
決策矩陣中的數值可用Matlab呈現出來，具體如下所示，s1到s3表示三種不同的支付服務，8列分別表示8種移動支付服務內容，每一列的數值相加總和為1。
