Deep Breath | MOKSHIKA TYAGI from India, Wu Xinman from Guangzhou, Pan Yuxi from Hong Kong, China, and Shi Shiyu have arrived at Haizhu Wetland Park in Guangzhou. After ten years of continuous ecological restoration and wetland habitat reconstruction, biodiversity in Haizhu Lake has been steadily increasing. The ecological island in Haizhu Lake has been planted with many Ficus macrocarpa, which are very suitable for herons to nest. There are also rest areas and mudflats, providing excellent resting and foraging places for herons, facilitating their better reproduction.
The Grey Heron is a national second- class protected animal in China, a large waterbird with a long neck and sharp beak. It has a slimmer and taller body compared to ordinary herons, with a grey upper body and white abdomen. It mainly inhabits areas near rivers, ponds, streams, and lakes. #WildLingnan

來自印度的MOKSHIKA TYAGI、廣州的吳昕蔓、中國香港的潘裕熹和石詩榆來到了廣州的海珠濕地公園，海珠湖經過十年持續生態修復和濕地生境再造，生物多樣性持續增加，海珠湖生態島上種植了很多細葉榕，非常適合鷺鳥築巢，這裏還有休息區和灘塗，給鷺鳥提供了非常好的休憩與覓食場所，讓它們得到更好地繁殖。
蒼鷺是國家二級保護動物，是大型水邊鳥類，長著長長的脖子和尖尖的嘴，身型比平常的鷺鳥更細長，上半身是灰色的，腹部是白色的，主要棲息在江河、水塘、溪流、湖泊旁邊。
